Welcome to our children's ministries.  We currently meet on Sundays and Wednesdays and plan fun events for the children, and sometimes their families, throughout the year.  Below is some basic information including our meeting times and a brief description of the programs that we offer.

(The Olympian Club meets during the school year only.)

Sunday School

We currently have a beginners/primary class for children age 4 through third grade and a Juniors class for children in grades 4 through 6.

Both classes study the Bible in ways that interest the children and teach them to trust God while learning to do the things that are pleasing to Him. Lessons address both the Old and New Testaments; activities include scripture memory, songs, crafts and more to make learning from the Bible a fun experience!

Word of Life Olympian Club

Olympian Club is for kids in grades 1 through 6. We meet every Wednesday night from 6:45-8:15pm, during the school year. Children can come at 6:30 for some pre-game fun before the club starts.

A typical club night usually consists of singing songs, team competition and cheers, memorizing Bible truths, hearing a Bible lesson, breaking into application times for the lesson, and playing some games. In this club, the kids learn the importance of God’s Word and of memorizing it for future use, all in a setting that lets them have fun and make friends! Parents love the club because it provides another time for their kids to learn from God’s Word during the school week. The club helps everyone to grow.

Olympians can also participate in our special activities throughout the year, such as bowling, skating, apple picking, and other fun group outings. Our special theme nights, such as “crazy hat night”, “slipper night” and our fall costume party are a great way for kids to come together for some good, clean fun!

Clubbers are encouraged to carry what they learn in club throughout the week. Our Olympian “quiet time” books help each clubber to learn the importance of Bible study and prayer through daily devotionals. Scripture memory, optional reading programs, and Christian service activities are all encouraged; clubbers can earn Olympian Dollars as they complete these goals and by participating on club nights. Olympian Dollars may be used to buy items in our Club Store.
